- pH (25°C) 7.1 – 7.5
- Dissolve 48.0 gr in 1000 ml with heat and boil for 1 min until complete dissolution.
- Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min.
- Add 10 mg of trypaflavine, 40 mg of nalidixic acid and 50 mg of cycloheximide
- Once opened avoid hydration
- Storage temperature 2 ºC – 25 ºC
